About the Role
As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for leading a group of highly trained retail associates in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Your primary objective is to foster a culture of professionalism and guide your team towards achieving optimal results.

In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, train, and coach your team members on all aspects of dispensary operations, sales goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for opening and closing store activities, including cash management procedures and sales management in conjunction with or in the absence of the Assistant General Manager or General Manager.

You will embody the values of excellence, empowerment, inclusion, and teamwork, and have a passion for the cannabis industry. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
