Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Port Ludlow Associates LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a superior dining experience, and upholding the company's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standards for portion control and consistency.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
• Take orders, suggest drink options, and make recommendations to guests, utilizing your knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and mixology trends.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring it is stocked at the beginning of each shift and remains stocked throughout.
• Assist with training new front-of-house staff, sharing your expertise and providing guidance to maintain consistent service quality.
• Uphold the company's Mission/Vision/Values and adhere to all relevant alcohol service regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Current food handler's permit and liquor permits or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 2 years prior bartending experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and mixology trends.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team and work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to be on feet for long periods, go up and down stairs, walk, bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range

$17.00 - $19.00 plus tips
