Multifaceted Paint Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at Buff Management Inc.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in interior and exterior painting tasks across our properties. Your expertise in drywall repairs and high-quality finishes will ensure that all projects meet the highest standards.

• Painting units to a high-quality finish
• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming
• Repairing and patching drywall as needed to maintain structural integrity
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Reliable transportation
• High School Education or equivalent
• Professional painting and drywall experience
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Self-motivation and willingness to take initiative
• Minimum two years related experience
