Job Title: Practice Director

At Affinity Health Partners LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Director to lead our clinical operations and drive success in our Williamston Primary & Specialty Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of LPNs and Medical Assistants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, hospital executives, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, removing barriers and resistance, and enabling desirable behavior.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in practice management.
  • 5+ years of clinical operations experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent mobility and/or sitting required for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and use of a calculator or computer keyboard.
  • Varied activities including standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting.
  • Occasionally lifts to 50 pounds.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal ranges.
