An award-winning Kansas City-based civil contractor is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join their team. As a seasoned professional, you will be accountable for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing quantity takeoffs, and pricing all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans and specifications to prepare quantity takeoffs and price all aspects of the project.
  • Manage and organize the bid and proposal process.
  • Analyze construction documents in all trade disciplines and estimate overhead components.
  • Use system unit pricing across multiple trade disciplines to estimate costs.
  • Perform system trade-off comparisons on a macro scale.
  • Provide conceptual estimates with limited design quickly.
