**Store Leader Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team at DQ Tyler. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing expenses, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and developing staff to achieve exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including managing expenses and maintaining safety and cleanliness
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Communicate effectively with team members, general managers, and corporate leaders
  • Perform conflict resolution and maintain company rules, morals, and beliefs

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of lead management experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service
  • Fluent English speaking and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and software (Google, Microsoft)

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year
