Key Responsibilities:

• Perform histology laboratory procedures, including tissue processing, sectioning, and staining.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and results.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Histology or related field required.
• HT (ASCP) certification preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a histology laboratory preferred.
• Experience with Roche Benchmark Ultra and Special Stainer desired but not required.

Work Schedule:

This is a 32 hour per week position, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 5am. No weekends or holidays are required.

Contract Details:

This is a contract position with a guaranteed number of hours per week. The contract will be for a period of 91 weeks.
