Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs and goals
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor patient conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Qualifications:
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in PAA
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
