Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service and Maintenance Technician to lead the day-to-day execution of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and identifying equipment issues, performing daily maintenance of our vehicles, and ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License to operate CDL-rated vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot and identify equipment issues and common malfunctions.
  • Obey and follow applicable traffic laws and comply with truck driving rules and regulations.
  • Secure cargo and properly arrange and balance it within the vehicle.
  • Report defects, accidents, and violations.
  • Perform daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, etc.).
  • Perform basic facilities maintenance and repairs.
  • Load and unload box trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Record cargo deliveries and verify for accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a relentless commitment to quality of service.
  • Clean and service rental equipment.
  • Demonstrate commitment to timeliness, attendance, and getting the job done.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
