Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier Part-Time Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service at the register, engage with customers, and provide guidance during checkout.
- Cash Handling: Manage a cash register, process payments, and handle exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor organized.
- Experience: 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Licensure: Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
- Previous Retail Experience: 6 months of experience as a cashier, salesperson, or retail associate.
- Sales Skills: Ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add-on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Competitive Pay: Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
