Job Description

As a Surgical Technologist at Melrose/Wakefield Hospital, you will be responsible for preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures, assisting surgeons and other medical staff during operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of operating rooms, including setup of equipment and supplies.
  2. Assistance to surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures.
  3. Maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Surgical Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist.
  • At least 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred.
