We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at GSS ND Park River. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and cooking baked goods, as well as portioning food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the dietary needs of our residents and guests
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Leading a team of cooks to ensure smooth food preparation and service operations
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months of applicable experience in a commercial kitchen setting
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
