Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Assistant - First Assistant to join our team at Northern Light Inland Hospital. As a key member of our Operating Room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our surgeons during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
  • Transport patients to and from the Operating Room and Recovery Room
  • Participate in data collection for Performance Improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Certified Surgical Assistant - First Assistant (CSA-F) certification
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved program of Surgical Assisting
