Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to promote patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a completion deadline of 5 years from hire date.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- Preferred experience: one year of hospital nursing experience.
- Preferred education: Master's in Nursing.
