Job Title: RN Administrator – Case Manager

Pride Health, a leading minority-owned healthcare recruitment & staffing firm, is seeking a highly skilled RN Administrator – Case Manager with a strong background in acute inpatient care and case management. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care options for patients while ensuring quality outcomes and efficient utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 18-22 patient caseloads utilizing a collaborative care process.
  • Assess physical and mental health impairments, and determine medical necessity using InterQual screening and Medicare guidelines.
  • Implement strategies to meet patient health needs, reduce length of stay (LOS), and optimize resource use.
  • Coordinate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate admission appropriateness and benefits/plan eligibility issues.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in acute inpatient care and case management.
  • Knowledge of current MS patterns of practice, treatment expectations, and eligibility criteria.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
