Key Responsibilities:- Manage an IT-centric program delivering high-quality, production-ready functionality using Agile development practices.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including grooming, reviews, planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), demos, and retrospectives.
- Delve lifecycle management gate reviews, status reports, metrics reports, process flows, presentations, minutes, flow charts, designs, trip reports, project plans, and research plans.
- Recommend and implement learning strategies and solutions that meet CBP requirements, employing state-of-the-art technologies, such as technology-based alternatives to conventional instructor-led training.
- Utilize innovative tools and approaches such as gamification, mobile demos, avatars, websites, animations, virtual reality, and 3D modeling every three months (Fiscal Quarter).
- Apply appropriate Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology and utilize various instructional methods, including web-based learning.
- Support the development and improvement of application support materials using Agile methodology and tools.
- Provide additional support as required, with responsibilities evolving as needed.
- 10+ years working in a support role for a Federal Government Agency Project Management Office (PMO).
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting a Federal Government Agency Acquisition PMO (DHS or equivalent) Level I or II program.
- DHS Level III PM certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification is required.
