About the Role:

The Retail Front End Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store's front end. This includes supervising sales floor associates, managing customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise sales floor associates and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising plans
  • Participate in weekly workload planning meetings to discuss sales goals, customer service, and store operations

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or specialty environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
