Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Machining Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to operate advanced CNC equipment, contribute to the production of high-quality products, and collaborate with a passionate team. The successful candidate will be involved in operating CNC Mills and Lathes, primarily Haas. Responsibilities include:
1. Setting up and operating CNC Lathes and Mills, primarily Haas, according to the production schedule.
2. Interpreting and applying GD&T symbols to ensure precise production of parts.
3. Conducting daily checks and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
4. Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings.
5. Translating instructions into computer commands for machine operation.
6. Ensuring CNC machines operate in compliance with company guidelines.
7. Monitoring machine operations and making necessary adjustments for improved results.
8. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
9. Periodically testing machine operations to guarantee smooth performance.
10. Adhering to all safety and health regulations. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator.
3. Solid knowledge of CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Haas, and GD&T symbols.
4. Strong ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and blueprints.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. High level of mechanical aptitude and maintenance capability.
10. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
11. Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
