About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Engineering Lead to join our team at Oceaneering. As a Staff Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians in the design and development of complex power and control systems for unique underwater robotic and electromechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with leadership and supervision. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians in the design and development of complex power and control systems
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Supervise and manage project timelines and budgets
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or related field)
  • Minimum 10+ years practical technical experience in creative engineering process
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Government Department of Defense Security Clearance
  • Must be a US citizen
