**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Laminate Assembly Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing complex mechanical systems on printing machines, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inspect and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems on printing machines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Source and obtain parts as needed to ensure timely repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assume control of machines in emergency situations to prevent damage or injury.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to apply that knowledge.
  • Troubleshooting skills, with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and occasionally lift 50 pounds over shoulder height.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift in high-traffic areas.
  • Excellent hearing and vision, with ability to read small print and recognize warning signals.
  • Ability to work at heights and climb ladders safely.
  • Effective verbal communication skills, with ability to use a radio and paging system.
  • Ability to work in awkward positions and stand/walk for extended periods.
