Breakfast Host

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant role at Hampton Inn & Suites Avon is a vital part of our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their breakfast experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine care, setting the tone for a successful day.
• Deliver highly attentive service, engaging in polite conversation as time allows.
• Be fully informed of continental breakfast options and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Set up the Breakfast area for service, stock self-service areas with proper equipment and food items, and maintain proper standards of sanitation.
• Obtain food supplies from the Food Storeroom, comply with food safety and quality assurance standards, and complete prep work as required.
• Clean chairs, tables, and floor, and break down the breakfast area, returning all unused items to their appropriate places.

Requirements:

• A professional demeanor, warm and welcoming personality, and ability to engage easily with others.
• Genuine care, compassion, and comfort conversing with individuals from various backgrounds and organizational levels.
• Previous bartending experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats, grasp, turn, and manipulate objects, and reach overhead and below the knees.
