Adjunct Faculty in Physics and Engineering

Responsibilities
- Teach and possibly design Engineering/Physics courses and/or labs, with support from the department.
- Develop syllabi and maintain course Moodle pages.
- For labs associated with courses taught by other faculty, manuals, equipment, and supplies will be provided by the department.
- Teach the course or lab in person, grade assignments and tests, and support students as needed to promote their learning.
- Contribute to an academic environment that actively seeks to increase inclusive excellence in the department and in the discipline.
Requirements
- Ability and interest in teaching undergraduate students in a face-to-face environment.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in Engineering or Physics.
Preferred Qualifications
- College teaching experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Physics required; PhD preferred.
