As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical services to our patients. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare services company.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services to patients, including medication therapy management and patient education.
- Work closely with clinical staff to develop patient wellness programs and provide medication information.
- Provide clinical direction to corpsmen and pharmacy technicians and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain inventory control of pharmaceuticals and ensure pharmacy security.
- Utilize pharmacy computer and robotic systems in accordance with MTF protocols.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in an ambulatory care pharmacy setting.
- Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
