Job Summary

As a skilled Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in assisting surgeons during operations and delivering selected medical services under their guidance.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Conduct comprehensive health histories, perform physical exams, and provide individual and group health education to promote overall well-being.
  • Order diagnostic laboratory tests and radiological tests, including special testing such as CTs, MRIs, ultrasound, and contrast studies with physician approval.
  • Interpret physical findings, lab, and x-ray results, make diagnoses, and formulate treatment plans, prescribing medication in accordance with state licensing laws.
  • Refer complicated cases to immediate supervising physicians when necessary.
  • Provide emergency care to prevent loss of life, limb, or eyesight, and institute emergency procedures according to your level of training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • No previous experience required; we provide on-the-job training.

Licenses and Certifications

\
  • NCCPA certification and current Physician Assistant licensure in South Carolina.
  • BLS certification.

About the Role

\

This is a full-time position at our Greenville Radiology facility. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
