Overview:
Audacy, Inc. is seeking a part-time Broadcast Producer to join our dynamic team.
As a Broadcast Producer, you will oversee the control board, contribute to daily topic generation, assist in guest coordination, and edit audio content before and after broadcasts.
We are looking for an individual who is proactive, can effectively manage studio operations, collaborates well with team members, and is receptive to guidance.
Familiarity with social media and digital platforms is advantageous.The expected starting salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour.
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and location, as well as internal and external equity considerations.

Responsibilities:
Key Duties:
Operate the control board.
Adhere to station programming formats.
Schedule and broadcast commercials and IDs in accordance with program and commercial logs.
Comply with all relevant laws and FCC regulations.
Manage digital show accounts across all platforms.
Collaborate with show hosts on topic development and provide necessary resources to enhance discussions.
Professionally screen calls during live shows.
Engage in audio and sound production.
Contribute to podcasting efforts.
Work closely with on-air staff, commercial production teams, and digital personnel.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred; skilled in digital editing, board operation, recording, and HTML/digital web experience.
Experience in operating a control board.
Proficient in sound editing.
Familiarity with Wide Orbit software.
Experience with audio networks.
Dependability and punctuality are critical.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
Working knowledge of digital audio recording and editing equipment is preferred. A solid understanding of the Bay Area sports landscape is a plus.
