We are seeking a skilled Charge RN-Surgery to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. This position offers multiple FTE and shift options, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nurses in the surgery department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
  • 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
