Responsibilities
* Ensure technical quality of all client deliverables* Develop and maintain client relationships* Market Thompson Engineering's services and identify project opportunities* Mentor and motivate staff* Attend industry conferences and trade shows* Exhibit strong leadership and decision-making skills
Requirements
* BS or MS in environmental science or geology from an accredited institution* Experience in performing Phase I and II ESAs, NPDES permitting, and storm water compliance inspection* Certification/Registration as a Professional or Master Degree in a relevant field* A minimum of ten years of environmental consulting or state/federal regulatory experience* Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed* Ability to operate a computer and sit for long periods of time* Ability to communicate in writing and orally
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for senior-level positions in environmental consulting.
