Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Advanced to join our team. In this role, you'll plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients, participating in operational and clinical functions for the department, hospital, and corporation. You'll provide direction and assistance to Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Physical Therapy Students, and Therapy Aides in patient care, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of appropriate state and federal agencies and Joint Commission guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, utilizing principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Participate in operational and clinical functions, ensuring seamless integration with department, hospital, and corporate goals.
- Provide guidance and support to Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Physical Therapy Students, and Therapy Aides in patient care.
- Mentor and lead clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and quality care.
Work Environment
This role is based in our Cancer Centers - Faris Road location, within the Physical Therapy Lymphedema-CIF department at 1008 Greenville Memorial Hospital. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and transforming healthcare, we encourage you to apply.
