As a RN on our Resource Pool team, you will promote and provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards. You will demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care. Effective communication with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs is essential, as well as administering IVs and medications to aid in patient health and using medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including a challenging and rewarding work environment, excellent medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan, generous paid time off, 401(K) with company match, and career development opportunities within UHS and its subsidiaries.
