Counselor Coach

Job Summary:

The Secondary School Counselor Coach plays a vital role in developing effective school counselors to maximize student success. This position supports new and experienced counselors to ensure students receive a high-quality sequence of rigorous coursework, preparing them for success in college and careers. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in counseling or a related field and three years of experience in effective secondary classroom teaching or counseling. Additionally, they should be able to obtain or have an Oklahoma school counselor certification, knowledge of the American School Counselors Association Framework, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite. Requirements:

• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• Three years of experience in effective secondary classroom teaching or counseling
