Hospice Chaplain Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to bring your passion for spiritual care to a dynamic and compassionate organization. As a Hospice Chaplain, you will provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families, helping them navigate life's challenges with dignity and hope.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement spiritual care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct spiritual support, counsel, and prayer to patients and families as needed
• Assist in training and education for staff, volunteers, and community leaders on spiritual care

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in theology, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• At least one unit of Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE)-accredited CPE
• Two years of experience in spiritual care ministry or program
