Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab America LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from surgery, injury, or medical crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Evaluate patients using diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests.
- Instruct agency visit staff, patients, and families on the use of prosthetic, orthotic, assistive devices, and home exercise programs.
- Participate in the development and revision of the physician's plan of care.
- Complete clinical/progress notes and turn in documentation per agency policy.
- One year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current Registered Physical Therapist License.
- Current State Driver's License.
- Current Auto Liability Insurance according to company policy.
