About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Senior Living, you will be a guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Brookdale supports our Sales associates through a 3-week on-boarding & orientation program, opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement, and a network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.

We'd love to talk if you have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, valid driver's license, and minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. You will be a strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.
