Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Liaison to support our client with a portfolio of new and improvement construction-related project reporting. The selected candidate will act as a conduit between our client and the General Contractor/stakeholders, reporting on progress and hurdles in complex construction developments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

This is a 6-9 month contract assignment with possibilities for extensions. To start, this position will be 20-30 hours per week, gradually increasing to 40 hours as construction continues. Daily onsite visits to our clients' construction site are required for observation and data collection.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, leveraging expertise in project management software
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including general contractors and other construction professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including financial data and communication logs
