Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in elementary school students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to support students' overall academic success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Experience or coursework in pediatric speech and language disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Supervision and Support

The Clinical Fellow will receive ongoing supervision from a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to meet ASHA requirements. This supervision will provide support, guidance, and mentorship throughout the Clinical Fellow experience.
