About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Maintenance Student Training Program as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. This 21-week program will provide you with hands-on technical skills learning opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools, and equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Provide technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modifications
  • Understand, initiate, and participate in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)
  • Perform both uptime and downtime preventative maintenance
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school education or GED
  • Currently enrolled in 2nd year of Industrial Maintenance Technology degree program
  • Trained in safe use of shop tools and equipment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills including MS office
  • Physical requirements: must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical tasks for extended periods of time, and work in various environmental conditions
