Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on medication use and health-related topics.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve patient outcomes, quality, and safety in our pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, treatments, and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improve patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of practice.
  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
