We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide in Training to join our team at Life Care Center of Lewiston. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Accurately document and chart patient care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Life Care's policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to call lights and exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Assist in the evacuation of patients and demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in a State-approved CNA program and willing to work for a single consecutive period of four months.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
