Speech Pathologist Role in Marysville School Setting

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team in Marysville, WA. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech and language needs.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate SLP to provide high-quality services to students in a supportive school environment. Our ideal candidate has experience working in a school setting, preferably with students who have varying degrees of speech and language impairments.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing targeted interventions to support student communication skills. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize student outcomes.

  • Assess students' communication skills using standardized tools and protocols
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate speech and language therapy into the classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but not required for Clinical Fellows
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
