About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Great Wolf Resorts. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.
  • Utilize chemicals safely and efficiently, and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Document and secure lost and found items, and communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist House Attendants with delivering guest requests and picking up used guest items.
  • Conserve energy by closing shades and draperies, and turning down air conditioning and heat in unoccupied rooms.
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, sanitation, laundry operations, or guest services.
  • Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
