Compassionate Caregiver

About Our TeamWe strive to create a nurturing environment where patients and their loved ones feel supported and cared for. With your expertise as an STNA, you'll be part of our interdisciplinary team that works together to deliver the highest quality experience.
Palliative Care Experience Required
- We require 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide.
- Hospice or Home Health Agency experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- As a compassionate caregiver, you'll interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
- You'll work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality experience, serving as the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team.

- We offer a competitive salary range estimated at $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About Our Schedule
- Our full-time schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with working hours between 3:00 pm and 11:30 pm.
- Travel to our office in Green, Ohio, is required, serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio.
