Lead Bartender

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at The Line and Saguaro Hotels. As a key member of our beverage operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bars, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

• Manage and supervise beverage staff, including training, guiding, and mentoring to ensure high-quality service and product knowledge.
• Develop and implement effective beverage menus, promotions, and marketing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
• Monitor and control costs, including inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA and TABC requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, marketing, and events, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a high-quality experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Bartender or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and staff management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, including spirits, cocktails, and wine lists.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 30lbs, multiple times daily, and to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
