Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Capability to drive on-highway trucks on public roads.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Technical training is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in on-highway truck service is necessary.
  • CDL – Class A or B is preferred.
  • ASE certification in Medium/Heavy Truck is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

  • Limited travel may be required for assistance during peak workloads.

Physical Demands:

  • Significant time spent standing and moving.
  • Requires good manual dexterity and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional need for kneeling, crouching, and climbing.

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed indoors around mechanical equipment.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions when working outside.
  • Requires the use of protective equipment.
  • May involve exposure to high noise levels and bright lighting.
