We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Float RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various dialysis facilities, providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care to patients with ESRD in multiple dialysis facilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in renal care
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between facilities
