About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our National Tax Office as an intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax consulting and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and serve as an integral part of engagement teams for clients.
  • Research complex tax issues and write technical memoranda.
  • Consider tax issues associated with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist with international tax structuring and operational issues.
  • Prepare tax returns and serve as an integral part of engagement teams for clients.
  • Assist with National Tax Office functions, such as writing internal and external tax alerts on current tax developments and emerging planning techniques.
  • Assist with internal tax education function.
  • Assist with handling the tax aspects of transactions.
  • Meaningful interactions with staff at all levels as well as with our impressive repertoire of clients.
  • Deepen knowledge in tax and tax consulting through exposure to both service lines.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interest in tax law, as demonstrated by tax courses completed or planned before graduation.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting; or Master's degree in accounting or tax.
  • Must be pursuing a LLM, JD, or CPA license.
  • Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
