Key Responsibilities- Deliver and install office equipment to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly loaded and secured in the vehicle.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Perform basic connected installations, such as setting up IP addresses and providing customer training on printing standalone and network devices.
- Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet productivity and quality standards relative to assigned job responsibility.
- Safe driving record and history.
- Online technical training focused on networking and installation.
- On-the-job training with field technicians at customer locations or at the transfer center.
- Eligibility to drive a commercial vehicle according to FMCSR regulations.
- Valid driver's license in accordance with company policy.
- Minimum two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
- Pass a road test.
- Valid and current medical card.
- Be at least 20 years of age, properly licensed in their current state of residence.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid commercial driver's license if applicable per state.
- Ability to read maps and electronic GPS.
The working conditions for this role may include frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling to service equipment at floor level. Physical effort is required in the lifting of equipment weighing up to 100 pounds and the moving of equipment that may weigh up to 1000 pounds. There is frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.
