Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Scientist to lead our Health Sciences Practice in Exposure Assessment and/or Risk Assessment. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with scientists to deliver client-facing projects related to human health, including litigation support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and secure new clients and projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and mentor staff in technical and business areas
  • Provide project management and budget oversight
  • Publish and present study findings
  • Provide strategic consulting and expert witness work
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Environmental or Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related scientific field
  • Minimum 15 years of related experience (post-graduate)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of consulting experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative risk assessment skills
  • Outstanding reputation among clients for integrity, responsiveness, and technical expertise
  • Demonstrated project management experience

Compensation

We offer a total compensation package that includes base salary, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution. The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $290,000, dependent on experience and capabilities.
