Electrophysiology Technician

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in a dynamic Cath Lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as an Electrophysiology Technologist.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Transport patients as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technologist.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • One to three years experience as a Technologist preferred.

Physical Abilities:

  • Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.

Required Essential Skills:

  • Interpersonal Skills - to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and a professional appearance.

Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.

Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure.

Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate
