We are seeking an experienced and motivated housekeeper to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean and comfortable, and that our guests have a positive experience during their stay. The pay rate for this position is approximately $12-$15 per hour. If you are a person with strong interpersonal skills and empathy, we would love to have you on board. No prior experience in hotel cleaning is required, but you must be willing to learn and grow with us. We have a positive and dynamic work environment where you will feel valued and supported.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the guest rooms according to established standards.
2. Assisting guests with their needs, such as providing bedding, towels, amenities, etc.
3. Visually inspecting the rooms to identify potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Holding strong communication skills and being empathetic towards others.
2. Ability to work independently without direct supervision and follow verbal and written instructions.
3. Punctuality and commitment to work.
