Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health - Central Texas. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
  • Stay current with medical literature and attend conferences, workshops, and other educational events to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine or active pursuit of certification
